SUP 101 – Intro to Stand Up Paddleboarding
Interested in finding out if SUPing would be a good addition to your fitness routine? Come join us in a program that starts at 6pm every Friday with beginner SUP instruction, and ends with a heart pumping power paddle. After completion of this course, participants will be well-equipped to try their hand at SUP Boot Camp offered at 9:00 am on Mondays, or SUP-Yoga Fusion offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings, or Friday mornings.
$40 – Includes Board Rental
Fridays from 6:00 – 7:30pm
Saturdays from 9:00 till 10:30am
