The Bite FD performs to the high bar of pedaling and stand-to-fish standards associated with the Jackson Kayak name. New for 2021, the Bite FD has been upgraded to the Comfort Seat, which is the perfect combination of breathability, drainage, and comfort in a framed seat not traditionally found on price point kayaks. Gear track has also been upgraded to aluminum vs plastic for enhanced mounting strength.

The Bite FD uses our Flex Drive 3D System, which is uniquely engineered to retract the propeller into the hull when beaching or when running over submerged obstacles. Ample storage fore and aft, paired with our updated bungee attachment system which prevents water from seeping into the hull, means there is plenty of storage space fore and aft. Two recessed areas on either side of the Bite FD make quick, easy and secure storage for tackle boxes. Also included are flush mount rod holders and cup holders on both sides of the Comfort Seat.

Four molded-in inserts on the stern of the kayak will accept our newly developed Accessory Mounting Bracket, designed to accommodate accessories with the four bolt mounting pattern such as a PowerPole or Torqeedo trolling motor.
