SUP Yoga

Class is led by Lisa Bragaw. Lisa is a certified SUP Yoga Instructor and tailors classes to accommodate all levels of students from beginner to experienced. A short intro to stand up paddling on land followed by a brief paddle out to where we will drop anchor and practice SUP yoga. The basin where we practice is sheltered and shallow so it’s warm and protected. All lunges and warrior poses can be done on your knees so you’re lower on the board. Lots of modifications and variations are offered! Plus, once you fall in, you won’t hold back!

It’s a warm, soft landing and some people like to jump in on a warm day! Savasana (final relaxation) on the board is magical! You can do it!!

Class is 90 minutes long. Class size is limited, registration required. We leave from the rental shed/boat launch area at Three Belles Marina located at 113 Oswegatchie Hills Rd, Niantic.
