Three Belles Outfitters sits at the base of the Oswegatchie Hills on Smith Cove in Niantic, Connecticut — a six-acre waterfront property at the edge of one of the most ecologically remarkable landscapes in New England. The Niantic River estuary flows directly from the cove through 457 acres of ancient coastal forest to the Long Island Sound, rich with striped bass, osprey, great blue herons, and the quiet that is almost impossible to find anywhere else on the Connecticut shoreline.
We have been here since 2006 — a marina first, and over time, something more. In 2026, Three Belles Outfitters becomes what this setting has always deserved: a year-round waterfront destination built on three things — a kitchen that cooks, water that invites, and a place where gathering feels natural. Built with the cove in mind, Three Belles has been a certified Clean Marina since 2010 and has generated 100% of its own electricity from solar power since 2018. The Oswegatchie Hills that rise behind us are a living ecosystem – and we take that seriously in everything we do.

Three Belles Cafe
No matter where your adventures take you, our Cafe is ready to serve you! Our fully renovated Cafe is open year-round Wednesday through Sunday for breakfast and lunch. We also offer dinner Friday and Saturday. Please stop by to see our professional culinary team for some delectable delights.
